Who we are

Zetrex provides IT support, Microsoft 365 setup and onboarding, websites and business automation. In this policy, “Zetrex”, “we” and “us” mean Zetrex LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. You can contact us about privacy at any time at info@zetrex.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, the project area you choose and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that the site can be delivered securely and protected from abuse. If spam protection is shown on the contact form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending the form.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to:

• read and reply to your enquiry;
• prepare a quote or discuss a service you asked about;
• keep a simple record of our conversations with you; and
• keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and our email, and only as needed to provide their service:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, contact-form processing, spam protection and email forwarding;
• Google — the email inbox where enquiries are received.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond to you, to provide any services you request and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong; or
• delete your information.

Send your request to info@zetrex.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will respond to requests as the law requires.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
